We won on this yesterday and I have to say I'm surprised the books didn't make this 4.5 today as Detroit's Jaden Ivey has topped 3.5 in three straight and nine of 11. Some good news for Ivey, too, as Celtics defensive stud Jrue Holiday isn't playing tonight, so I expect Detroit to score a few more points than it would have otherwise so that only helps our chances.

Jaden Ivey had 26 points in Detroit's first meeting with Boston. I like him to bounce back strong from his poor performance Tuesday vs. Milwaukee. Ivey only took 10 shots and two free throws, well below his season averages. The Pistons will be playing catch-up most likely and will need Ivey to score.

The Celtics have not been covering nearly at the rate of last season. But they do have two recent blowout wins, this is a team they can trounce and the Pistons have lost 3 of the last 4 games by 15+ games. The Pistons seem like a fast-sinking ship and they have covered just once in the last 8 games. Pistons coming off another blowout loss Tuesday night while the Celtics are rested.
