The Heat left me wanting more early in the season but Spo seems to gave gotten their attention before the trip to Mexico City and they have had better attention to detail and played more selfless ball the last 10 days or so. Denver's bench stinks, The Joker has played a ton of minutes and they have been flat against lesser teams. The Raptors and Nets frustrated them and I think the Heat can do the same thing inside here. Miami shooting the 3-ball better. Like them more on road than at home.
The Nuggets have won the first three games of their current homestand. However, two of those wins came by two points each. Their win over the Thunder on Wednesday was impressive, but their other two wins were against bad teams in the Raptors and Jazz. Already lacking depth, the Nuggets not having Aaron Gordon (calf) for multiple weeks is a huge loss. The Heat are 3-0 ATS on the road and it would not be a surprise if they won this game outright. I’ll go the more conservative route and take them to cover the spread.

Bam Adebayo has had a slow start to his season and is averaging just 14.9 PPG after averaging 19 PPG last season. Everything appears fine with Bam and it is only a matter of time until he breaks out of his mini slump. He'll face Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets tonight and Bam has strong career numbers against Jokic. Furthermore, Jokic has so many offensive responsibilities that opposing Centers have been having big games against Denver. Look for Bam to continue that trend.
