Needless to say, the Pistons are true toxic waste, but it's their home finale -- not like many people will be there, granted, unless it's to boo ownership and Coach Monty Williams -- and the Bulls really aren't the type of team to blast people. They also play again Friday. So just get up big here and get the key guys out. The only motivation the Bulls really have is finishing ninth instead of 10th in the East for play-in purposes. Ayo Dosunmu and Andre Drummond are both out tonight.
This is a big number for Alex Caruso who averages 17.1 PRA on the season. At first glance it may even appear to be a good matchup, but I would argue the opposite for a variety of reasons. First and foremost the Detroit Pistons have been the number one defense at limiting opposing PGs PRA over their last 30 games. There is also some serious blowout risk with the Bulls checking in as 9 point favorites and Detroit having nothing to play for. I also wonder how much the Bulls will even need Caruso, particularly his offensive contributions in this game.
