So just had my first pedicure/foot scrub. Yes, I thought girly too but wow it's like I'm in toxic shock. It. Was. Awesome. I welcome all jeers, but I truly feel better. Never would have expected that and it was basically on a dare. My feet are lovely petunias right now. So my point is that I am in (non-Porzingis) Unicorn land right now so if I get this wrong ... the Suns burned us in the debut of the Big 3 on Wednesday but perhaps my fault for not giving them a game to get acclimated. They also get Grayson Allen back tonight. The Knicks started this road trip with a loss in Utah on Wednesday. They can't play any defense.

The one thing you can count on with Julius Randle is that he’s going to play a lot. He is on pace to average at least 35 minutes per game for the fourth straight season. He is on a scoring surge right now, posting at least 25 points in six of his last eight games. The Suns don’t have a ton of size up front, which contributed to Randle scoring 28 points against them the last time they met. Expect him to have similar success in their rematch.

After getting off to one of the worst starts in NBA history from an efficiency standpoint, Julius Randle has been playing much, much better as of late. Randle is averaging close to 30 PPG in the month of December and I like his chances tonight in what should be a high scoing affair against the Phoenix Suns. The Knicks are without DPOY candidate Mitchell Robinson and are forced to play faster without Robinson in the lineup. The Suns have been extremely generous to opposing Power Forwards all season and the Knicks will need all the scoring they can get from Randle as the Suns big 3 is healthy.
