While I absolutely love Victor Wembanyama and believe he possesses the most unique skillset of any player in NBA history, this is a tough spot for the rookie superstar. Not only are the Knicks very good defensively as they are 2nd in Defensive Efficiency but they also play extremely slow ranking 29th in PACE. Then you have Jeremy Sochan playing PG which so far has been disastrous according to the advanced metrics. Wemby has to work hard for every bucket and as a result I think he struggles offensively tonight.
