Utah is in the second of a B2B but no players saw heavy minutes in a blowout of Memphis on Wednesday. Orlando is playing the finale of a four-game trip through the Western Conference and is without starting point guard Markelle Fultz. Pablo Banchero is a young star. And he will play minutes and have the ball in his hands in a close game. When I take the over I worry about a blowout where the star sits and doesn’t play enough minutes. But a young star in a close game means we have the edge

The Orlando Magic head to Utah, where the Jazz are on the second half of a back-to-back. The big concern for me is Paolo Banchero. The eyeball test has not been good, his stats have not been good, and he needs to get into much much better shape. Still, Orlando is fresh. The Magic did not embarrass themselves on their L.A. trip, and the fact that they are your favorite in this game tells you all you need to know. Go Magic!

It's been a disappointing start to the season for the NBA's reigning rookie of the year Paolo Banchero. After scoring 20 PPG last season, Banchero is averaging just 12 PPG with inefficient shooting splits of 37/22/53. Banchero is much better than what he's shown and this is an excellent buy low opportunity as we're getting a sizable discount in a plus matchup in what should be a competitive game environment. Look for Banchero to get back on track in Utah tonight.
