The Wizards are playing the second of a back-to-back but this line still perplexes me with the Hawks so lousy on the road and Washington at full health with the return of starting point guard Monte Morris. He had missed the past four. Delon Wright played great in his spot and probably has earned more minutes regardless. Morris does lead the NBA in assist-to-turnover ratio at 5.4 to 1. Washington won by 3 in Atlanta about two weeks ago. The Hawks are six games under .500 away and 1-4 ATS in their past five road games.

Capela enters this game having recorded four straight double-doubles. That streak began with a 13-point, 15-rebound performance against these same Wizards. Capela sometimes sees inconsistent playing time because of the presence of Onyeka Okongwu. However, I think he plays around 30 minutes against a big Wizards’ frontcourt, making this well worth the risk at plus odds.
