Portland is a rare team with three 20-point scorers (never happened in a full season in franchise history) but doesn't play much defense and has failed to cover six straight on the road (0-6 SU) as it completes a three-game trip.

The Raptors have lost three in a row and 11 of 14. They're coming off narrow home losses to the Bucks and Knicks. Expect a huge effort here at home to stop the skid. Portland has lost six straight road games, failing to cover any of them. In their last 10 games, the Trail Blazers' only wins have come against Houston, Charlotte and Detroit. Toronto, for all its problems, is a cut above that trio. The Trail Blazers struggle with turnovers -- that's an issue that should be magnified versus the Raptors' disruptive defense. Lay the small number.
