The Nets are 2-6 despite six of their first eight games being played at home. Not only did they lose both of their road games, but they lost both by at least 10 points. Kyrie Irving is suspended and Seth Curry (ankle) and Ben Simmons (knee) have been ruled out, putting the Nets in a really tough spot. Don’t expect them to have enough fire power to hang with the Wizards.

This was Nets -2 last night before the Kyrie Irving suspension -- the dysfunctional Nets also will be without Ben Simmons and Seth Curry. Can Kevin Durant win this by himself? No doubt but we'll take our chances.
