The good news for the Bulls is that Alex Caruso is expected to make his return for this matchup. The bad news is that Zach LaVine (knee) and Lonzo Ball (knee) are still out. That puts them in a tough spot against a Cavaliers team that has won five straight games and has a significant size advantage up front. Add in the Cavaliers being 12-5-1 ATS as favorites this season and I like them to cover this small number.
