Russell Westbrook will play the second of a back-to-back for Washington for the first time this season. The Rockets, meanwhile, are down Victor Oladipo, Christian Wood, PJ Tucker and Eric Gordon. As it is, Houston enters on a five-game slide -- failing to cover the spread in any of them.

The last time these teams met, the Rockets smoked the Wizards by 19 points, even without Christian Wood (ankle). Also, both Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook were active for Washington. In the rematch, Wood will be out again and Victor Oladipo (foot) is sidelined. However, the Wizards also could be without Westbrook since they were in action on Sunday and he hasn’t played both games of a back-to-back set this season. The Wizards are just 3-9 at home and are 0-4 ATS as home favorites, so I’ll take the Rockets here.
