In a game starting in under an hour, I’ll add a hitter prop with Jose Ramirez of the Guardians. Kyle Freeland is coming off giving up four home runs his last start against the Baltimore Orioles, and Ramirez has homered off of Freeland in what is a small sample size of just three at bats. We’ve seen big innings of run production from the Guardians in this series. Take Ramirez to at least clear his total bases prop today.

The Rockies have traded away one of their more effective relievers this month in Tyler Kinley today. Might matter as he had a 2.31 ERA in 11 appearances this month and hadn't allowed a run in his past six. End of a trip for the nothing-to-play for Rox (14-38 away). Everyone says the Guards might sell even though they are only 3.5 games out of the final WC spot. So the players are still engaged. Bullpen day today -- sans Emmanuel Clase, of course. Would prefer -1 and only playing if Steven Kwan is atop the Cleveland lineup and not traded today.

The Guardians will go with a bullpen day and on the other side Kyle Freeland has an expected ERA over five. Kolby Allard is having a solid season for the Guardians while also turning up the strikeouts of late so I think the first three and first five are both in play for Cleveland. Freeland has allowed three or more runs in 14/19 starts and the Guardians have improved slightly of late against left handed pitchers, and could use a win to take the series and relieve some heat from the deadline and gambling suspensions.
