Nick Pivetta racked up 10 strikeouts last Thursday at Miami, and he has another great matchup Wednesday vs. Oakland. The A's strike out at the second-highest rate, and over their last three games, they've fanned 11.3 times per game. Oakland also strikes out more on the road. Look for a long outing from Pivetta and at least seven strikeouts.

Can't say I trust pitcher Nick Pivetta -179 worth for the Red Sox, but these lineups are so not close and Oakland lefty JP Sears is 1-4 with a 4.82 ERA on the road. This feels a good 20 cents light. Boston is on a 17-6 run and is tied for MLB's best record overall since May 19. Definitely could be another night where the Sox score at least five runs, and they have now won 23 straight when doing so.
