Well, oddsmakers smartened up a little as this matchup had a total of 9.5 last night, which I loved before it was postponed. Still think it will go Under 9, though, as Seattle's Chris Flexen simply doesn't give up more than three earned runs in any start, and young Nats right-hander Josiah Gray has a 2.66 ERA in his past seven starts and is starting to live up to his once-lofty prospect rating while with the Dodgers. The Mariners will be without their best all-around offensive player in rookie outfielder Julio Rodriguez as he'll serve a one-game suspension (as he was supposed to Tuesday) in Game 1 of the DH.
