This comes down to trusting Cincinnati pitcher Wade Miley (2.40 ERA at home, 1.64 vs. Cardinals) more than St. Louis counterpart Miles Mikolas (only third start of year). Miley's active seven-game winning streak ties his career high. Reds batters scored have at least 10 runs in seven of his starts, tied for the most such product in a season for any Cincinnati pitcher. I'm definitely not saying the Reds will get to 10 runs here, but they should win.
