It’s hard to figure out what version of Adam Wainwright will show up. I expected a great season out of him based on his amazing spring, but I got off that wagon quickly. I don’t know what I’m getting from start to start. He gave up six runs in his last turn, none over 8 1/3 innings in his previous outing and five in the start before that. Zach Davies has been steady as the Cubs have won three of his last four starts, a stretch during which he allowed and allowing only five earned runs. Take the Cubs to win.
