Kenta Maeda loves pitching at home in Dodger Stadium. In his last six home starts, he has allowed just 21 hits, seven earned runs and nine walks while striking out 39. His ERA is 1.69. Meanwhile, the Padres' Chris Paddack has had his troubles on the road. Over his last four road games he has allowed 22 hits and six walks while allowing 12 earned runs in 19.2 innings. The Dodgers have the No. 1 lineup in baseball versus righties. Go with L.A.

Lucas Giolito is one of the frontrunners for AL Cy Young. He has been brilliant over the last two months, going 9-1 with an ERA of 1.87. In his last 72.1 innings, he has allowed just 43 hits while striking out 85. His only loss over that time was at Wrigley Field. He'll have revenge on his mind Saturday. Meanwhile, the Cubs' Jon Lester can still come up with a great performance every now and then, but he is a below average big league pitcher. Lester's ERA is 5.67 on the road. Go with the White Sox.

Both pitchers have been unlucky during the 2019 season and they both have great stuff. Their pitches are nasty and extremely hard to hit. In fact, Atlanta's Max Fried is No. 2 in baseball in least amount of barreled up balls per 100 at bats at just 2.6 and Noah Syndergaard is No. 6. They're two of the top 6 pitchers in baseball in regards to not letting batters get good wood on the baseball yet both have BABIP over 300. That means it's been bloopers, bleeders and seeing eye groundballs. I'm going with these two having an old fashion pitchers duel on Sunday.

With a day game and the temperature right at 80 degrees, the ball will carry much better today in San Diego. St. Louis starter Miles Mikolas has an ERA of 7.76 on the road compared to his 2.48 ERA at home. Plus, Padres lefty Joey Lucchesi is allowing almost one run higher during the day compared to his night starts. Take the Over.

Dallas Keuchel will be making his second start for the Braves. He was a late signee, with no spring training, and threw 14 innings in two minor league games before his first Braves start. I feel like Atlanta is moving too fast with the former Cy Young winner out of necessity because its starting pitching has been falling apart; Keuchel threw 99 pitches in his first start. Meanwhile, the Cubs' Yu Darvish continues to improve each month and has allowed two runs or fewer in three of his last five starts.
