The Johnnies are coming off an overtime win over Georgetown on the road. The game was a very intense game with Chris Mullin going up against Patrick Ewing. The last time these two teams played last year the Johnnies knocked off the No. 1 Villanova Wildcats. Jay Wright doesn't have a Final Four team but he does have the best team in the Big East Conference. Nova by 12

This total opened up 158 and was bet down to 153 which I'm thinking was a dummy move to set up the market. I think this total will still close closer to 158. You know how good Duke's offense is. I think it's the most efficient offense in the country and one of the five fastest in terms of pace. The defense is outstanding so lets not look past that. Wake Forest HC Danny Manning is in his fifth season and has had only one winning year. Manning's teams have played fast, are good on offense and have always played average defense. Well, the 2018-19 edition is the worst defensive team he has had and the kicker his has only played one top 100 offense which was Tennessee. The Vols do not run and put up 86.

Tue 1/8

Tennessee has a veteran team, led by junior SF Grant Williams. The Vols are coming off of an impressive 46-point win over Georgia. Missouri has not played since Dec. 29, a 10-day layoff. Tennessee lost the only meeting last year at Missouri 59-55, so it will not overlook the Tigers. This line is just too short. Tennessee wins by double figures Tuesday.

We all know how good Buffalo is at 13-1, coming off a 27-9 season and a NCAA Tournament win over Arizona. But Toledo has a well-balanced team that can take Buffalo to the wire. Toledo opened the year 12-1, but just lost its last game at home versus Ball State in perhaps a look-ahead to this one. the Rockets have revenge on their mind from last year's MAC title game and should keep it close Tuesday.

Everyone wants to be peaking at the right time. The Rams dropped two games in December and went through a stretch where they went 2-7-1 ATS. Last week was the start to the Rams peaking with a 31-9 win over the Arizona Cardinals. With homefield and more importantly a bye on the line I'm expecting the most talented team in the NFL to blow out one of their most hated rivals, the 49ers, a team very comparable to the Arizona Cardinals. The Rams won the first meeting 39-10.
