NFL Survivor Pool strategy: Should you back the Seahawks? Best options for Week 9 include a few pivots
With several favorites of more than nine points, we may not have one consensus play in Survivor Pools this week

The consensus pick gave NFL Survivor Pool players another scare in Week 8 as it took a late touchdown from the Bengals to send their game against the Titans into overtime, where Cincinnati prevailed. With 53% of the Circa Survivor Pool on the Bengals, a loss would've taken out more than $13 million in implied value, distributing it to the remaining Survivors in the Vegas pool with a prize of more than $25 million. Ultimately, it was just the Cowboys among picks with any popularity to take out a chunk of the contest.
If there is a consensus pick this week, it's likely to be a Seahawks team that is a double-digit favorite hosting a Cardinals team that is somehow 3-2 on the road this season with wins over the Chargers, Rams and Cowboys. That's assuming a significant chunk of Survivor Pool participants didn't already use the Seahawks in Week 2 (at Arizona) or Week 4 (hosting the Chargers).
Should you back that consensus play or spend another week looking for a pivot? We'll break the slate down below.
