More likely than not, this will be the last time we see West Ham playing in the Premier League for the next year. I'm expecting them to be relegated after a successful match for Spurs against Everton. Right now, however, they can only control what they do in this match. West Ham have to pick up three points or there is 0% chance they survive the drop, so they need to press here. I expect them to play like mad this match and go for multiple goals against a Leeds side who has found safety already this year. Goals should fly.
West Ham desperately need a win. Three points would give them a chance to stave off relegation, and while Leeds have been strong overall, they have been living dangerously in recent matches. They conceded over 3.0 xG to Brighton and were lucky those chances were not punished. In a do-or-die spot, West Ham should be the side capable of capitalizing. At a comfortable price, I’m backing the home team.
