The Indiana Hoosiers undefeated season is on the line today against a Washington team coming off their bye week. Prior to their bye week they had their latest performance on the season against Iowa, losing 40-16. As potent as Indiana has been, there is pressure on backup Tayven Jackson to fill in as starter minus Kurtis Rourke. Grab the points here with Washington.
Washington is 4-3 on the season and 0-2 on the road with losses at Iowa and at Rutgers. They also lost at home to Washington State. They brought back three players from last year's team including the kicker and the punter. Indiana is 7-0 and their last six games they've scored 40 or more and covered all of them. They have the No. 4 offense in the nation averaging 512 yards a game. They also have the eighth ranked defense in the nation at 282 yards allowed per game. This will be their first big test of the season but I think they'll pass. Indiana covers.
Even without QB Kurtis Rourke, the Hoosiers are one hellava football team. Last week we saw reserve QB Tayven Jackson step in when Rourke went down and the train kept on rolling. Expect that to happen against the Huskies.
