We're getting value on a USC team everybody is happy to kick while it's down. The Trojans aren't as good as the team that beat LSU, nor are they as bad as the team that's lost to Maryland and MInnesota. At home, against a Rutgers team that's been decimated by injuries and has to travel across the continent, lay em with Lincoln's boys.

Would prefer this line would apply to the middle of the fourth quarter rather than the end of the game. All four of USC's losses have come after it blew a two-score lead in the final period. The Trojans could have a large enough advantage where the usual late fade will not impact the spread. Rutgers is ravaged by injuries and have a semi-short week with a Friday night kickoff. The Scarlet Knights face a brutal 11 p.m. start on their body clocks -- just one more challenge. The Trojans are too talented for this trend to continue.
