The Tigers defense has been pretty stout this season and will be squaring off against a Terrapins offense that will be without the Big Ten’s all-time leading passer in Taulia Tagovailoa. That’s a recipe for success for Tigers coach Hugh Freeze. They have rushed for 230 or more yards in three of their last four games which includes 244 yards against the stout Alabama defense in the Iron Bowl. That trend will continue against the Terps.

We will blindly bet the Under in the Music City Bowl with Terps QB Taulia Tagovailoa opting out. That he wouldn't play seemed rather baked into the total as it really hasn't moved much, but I'm guessing it drops at least a point or two more once the casual fan realizes no Taulia -- the Big Ten's all-time passing yardage leader (probably surprises many to hear that). Plus, if he's out that may mean other Maryland offensive players decide to bail.
