UTEP was a nice little story earlier this season, but the Miners have tailed off in a big way down the stretch. They’ve lost three of their last four against the spread, while the Bulldogs are 3-1 against the spread over their last four games. The energy around the program generated from Jeff Tedford’s return will make this one a blowout.

It's been a really good season for the UTEP Miners, who have won games on the strength of their run game and ability to get off the field defensively. Where they've run up against problems is versus teams that can force them to throw the football. Fresno State's really solid defensively, just enough to get UTEP into some disadvantageous situations.
