The first round of the ACC Tournament from Charlotte begins today with Pittsburgh and Stanford, and Stanford's only a 4.5-point favorite. Pittsburgh only had 12 wins on the season, and Stanford had 20, as well as a Stanford 75-67 win on February 25th. Stanford comes in hot, winning and covering their last four games. All four of those games went over the total, which is something to look at today as well.
