Most models believe that Washington should be favored, so I'll throw a half-unit down at +4 in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament from Vegas. Maybe the Huskies rally around coach Mike Hopkins, who will be out after this event. UW did play great in its RS finale in upsetting rival Washington State and the Huskies have a veteran roster, always a good thing this time of year. UW is one of two Power-5 teams with conference leaders in both points per game and assists per game (Tennessee).

The first game of the Pac-12 tournament can be a little sloppy due to the early start time. For USC they come into the tournament on a season best three game winning streak. The streak included a gutty win at Washington, who has dismissed their Coach in Mike Hopkins. Grab USC to get their fourth straight win.

On March 5th, the USC Trojans won against Washington with a score of 82-75, even though they were 4.5-point underdogs. During the game, Washington allowed USC to shoot 54% from the field and 47% from beyond the arc. The Huskies ranked fourth in D-1 experience and will likely learn from this loss. All five starters on the team are seniors, and Mike Hopkins is a great head coach who achieved 20+ wins in 2018 and 2019. I make this point spread closer to zero. Play Washington U!
