LSU has won six of the last eight meetings. This will only be the fourth true road game for the Tigers, who have been playing better since conference play began. Georgia has been very competitive and hung around with some of the top teams in the conference like Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina. The Bulldogs can create turnovers while protecting it on offense for efficient shots. LSU has been a very streaky team on offense, struggling from beyond the arc all season.

LSU is just a couple of possessions last Saturday vs Texas A&M away from sitting at 4-1 in the SEC, and has proven it can play on the conference trail in the earlier win at College Station. It's a different Tigers team since the activation of Tulane transfer G Jalen Cook (14.9 ppg), who now teams with ex-Vandy Jordan Wright (15.8 ppg, plus 5.6 rpg & 2.6 apg) in one of the better backcourt tandems in the league. No knocks on Georgia after its belated rally to get inside of the mid-teens price on the weekend at Kentucky, but aside from the win at South Carolina, have some questions on what the Bulldogs have actually beaten this season.
