Friday in college hoops means the always-fun-to-say-but-not-spell Quinnipiac re-enters my lexicon. Both Navy and Army are having rough seasons for whatever reason -- well, they can't hit the transfer market for one. The Middies are 0-4 away and the Bobcats 4-0 at home (including a fairly easy win over Army) and 13-4 at M&T Bank Arena dating to last season. Preseason All-MAAC First Team selection Matt Balanc is averaging 19.8 PPG on 51.1% shooting at home this season, hitting 16-of-28 from 3-point range. Guard Savion Lewis leads the nation in assists at 8.1 per game.
