I already hold a ticket on Creighton to reach the Final Four, and it will be a zoo today in Omaha as the Bluejays look for an eighth straight win against a very talented but wildly inconsistent UConn side. Jays center Ryan Kalkbrenner is third in the nation in field goal percentage (.724) this season. CU is 16-5 with him in the lineup but 0-3 without him. UConn did beat Creighton earlier but has never won in Omaha and is only 4-4 on the road this year.

UConn won the first match at home by nine, now Creighton will be out for their revenge. The Blue Jays are shooting 59.7 percent from the floor and 36 percent beyond the arc at home. The Huskies have picked up offensively over their last three games but are only shooting 43.7 percent on the road this season. The Blue Jays defense have not been allowing over 59 points in their last three games. I’m on Creighton.
