I completely agree with Larry Hartstein on this one, wish I had picked when the Terps were only giving two points. Minnesota is a vastly different team away from that raised gym floor of theirs -- and even saying that lost 63-49 there to the Turtles on Jan. 23. It was the second-fewest points allowed by the Terps in a conference game since joining the Big Ten as the Gophers shot just 30.4% from the field. Doubt this will be that lopsided, but Maryland will cover.

This is a great spot for the Terps, who have been off since Monday while Minnesota just pulled out a miracle cover Thursday versus Purdue. In the first meeting, Maryland discombobulated the Golden Gophers, holding them to 30.4 percent shooting in the 63-49 road win. Minnesota is 0-6 on the road, with five of those losses coming by at least 12 points. The other was a four-point defeat at Rutgers. Lay the small number.
