Auburn had to win four games in four days in order to win the SEC Tournament. the Tigers showed some tired legs in the second half as they held on against New Mexico State. Kansas suffered through a transitional season in which constant personnel issues prevented the Jayhawks from winning wither the Big regular season or tournament titles. this is their last chance to have an print of success, and they played one of their best games in recent memory in a first-round blowout. Bill Self gets this team to the Sweet 16.

For the second round in a row it feels like Kansas is being undervalued. The Jayhawks were only 7-point favorites against Northeastern on Thursday and won by 34. I doubt they can beat Auburn by 34, but even if Auburn comes into this game on a nine-game win streak, I think Kansas' size and length could cause them problems. Auburn is a terrific shot-blocking team, but I don't know that they'll have their typical success against this Kansas team.

Auburn is disruptive defensively, they drive inside and they can score outside too. Bruce Pearl has done a great job with the Tigers. Right now they're a better team than Kansas.
