Kon Knueppel (hamstring) and Coby White (calf) remain sidelined for the Hornets. Grayson Allen hasn’t started with them out, but he has still been one of their top scoring options. He only played 20 minutes in their second game of the season because they lost by 47 points to the Hawks. The other two games were close, allowing him to log 29 and 34 minutes. In both games, he emerged with at least 20 points. The Wizards have played at the fifth-fastest pace in the league, so as long as the Hornets keep this close, Allen should have ample opportunities to reach this over.
DraftKings (1.5u). Trae Young has cleared this line in three straight games, averaging 13.7 FGA, 11 FTA, and 20 potential assists. He’ll face a Hornets team devoid of backcourt defenders to slow him down. Young is serving as the catalyst for the Wizards, as the team is fully enabling him à la his Hawks days. This is a line that the point guard has hit at a 72% clip over the last three seasons when playing at least 28 minutes.
