Colts QB Gardner Minshew gets the start this week with Anthony Richardson out with concussion symptoms. Minshew came in and did better than most backups in the Colts 31-20 win where he had 19-of-23 completions (82.6) and a TD pass. The Ravens have won and covered their two games and they didn’t look all that impressive. That’s what the Ravens do. I like the Ravens defense to slow the Colts down and Lamar Jackson to grind out a win and cover.

Flowers has wasted no time becoming a key member of the Ravens’ offense. In Week 1, he caught nine of 10 targets for 78 yards against the Texans. In Week 2, he turned five targets into four receptions and 62 yards against the Bengals. Now he will face a Colts team that has one of the worst secondaries in the league. He will do so with Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) on the sidelines. I think Flowers will blow past this over.
Colts QB Anthony Richardson remains in concussion protocol, pretty much assuring that Gardner Minshew will take snaps Sunday. Minshew has worked magic before, but Baltimore's defense should be able to hide his wand and top hat. Inclement weather from a tropical storm could impede scoring on both sides. Nasty conditions means the Ravens, with run-efficient QB Lamar Jackson, would stick to the ground and keep the clock moving. Baltimore might be inclined to eschew much throwing even in dry weather if ailing WR Odel Beckham Jr. sits.

Indianapolis has surrendered two touchdown passes each to Trevor Lawrence and C.J. Stroud this season and now they face a Ravens unit that seems due to explode sooner than later under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken. Jackson has completed 74.5% of his passes this season and has been more accurate down the field with his accuracy. Facing a young secondary that has struggled thus far and with a banged up rushing attack, expect the 2019 MVP to throw early and often. Look for Jackson to have his second straight multi-touchdown pass week in a Baltimore victory.
