We know how it's going at Liverpool, in the completely wrong direction, especially in the EPL, where losses in six of seven have pushed Arne Slot's side into the bottom half of the table, and defense of the title now looking off the table. The short answer to that question in the title is yes, the longer answer is yet, but I don't think they'll fix it until the next transfer window. Liverpool spent an unprecedented amount of money on their attack. There's two problems with that. The first and more obvious, is their defense is just awful and disjointed right now. Liverpool have won three of their four Champions League games, and they beat Real Madrid last time out. The Reds are in a full-blown crisis, but they could take out their frustrations on PSV, whose defense is brittle.
