Ajax are a long way from the glory years, having to scramble to qualify out of the watered-down Dutch Eredivisie last term, but the focus, and pressure, is on Inter, as Ajax does present a chance at a bad result if the Nerazzurri can't nick all three points...which is what manager Cristian Chivu badly needs after a slow start in Serie A, losing two of the first three. The knives are already being drawn inside the pages of La Gazzetta and around the San Siro. The oldsters in the Inter lineup, however, are producing as the likes of Calhanoglu, Bastoni, Dumfries, and Lautaro are all on the board, while "young pup" Marcus Thuram has already netted twice. Inter Milan have rebuilt their team since losing 4-0 to PSG in last season's Champions League final. They've made a slow start to the new campaign, but they should have enough firepower to pick up an away win against Ajax. Inter boast two elite forwards in Lautaro Martínez and Marcus Thuram, and that should ultimately prove decisive.
