A pair of second-place teams meet at 7:15 p.m. ET, as the Cubs host the Yankees. New York picked up a 2-0 win in the series opener on Friday, pulling within 2.5 games of the Rays atop the American League East. Then at 9:10 p.m. ET, the two-time defending World Series champion Dodgers face the red-hot Red Sox. Boston had the best record in the majors in July, losing just four games, while Los Angeles has the best record in the MLB this season.
