So that means downgrade Charlie Lindgren (3.37 GAA) for this one. And Saturday is a one-game trip that players hate, so anyone on Washington remotely banged up probably stays home. I like fading teams at the end of a road trip and backing home teams ahead of one -- that's where the Habs are Saturday as they head out on the Cali Swing after. The Caps have won both meetings (Lindgren allowed four in his start), but that makes me like this a tad more as no club wants to be swept by a conference rival. "Allez Canadiens Allez!"
