It’s good to see L.A.'s Cooper Kupp is likely to play, as is fellow receiver Van Jefferson. The Rams have won and covered just once in their last four games, but to be fair, they played better teams -- San Francisco twice and Dallas. The Bucs are struggling more at the moment, and neither team can gain traction with the run game. L.A. is No. 31 rushing and the Bucs are No. 32. Tampa Bay has lost five of its past six (0-6 ATS). I took the points with the Rams.

Both these teams are reeling, with the Bucs losing five of their last six and the Rams losing three of their last four. Neither is as good as once thought, but I hear fewer alarm bells when it comes to Tampa Bay. Neither offense can run the ball, but the Bucs limit turnovers and avoid sacks, while the Rams have major issues on the offensive line. The Bucs defense has also been very good against the pass and in particular generating sacks this year. We also don't know if Cooper Kupp will be available at this point after picking up an injury on Sunday, and his loss would completely sink the Rams offense. I'm getting this now before it hits -3.
