Fill-in QB Jacoby Brissett has no shortage of experience. Problem is, Miami has suffered eight sacks in two games, while Raiders DE Maxx Crosby owns two sacks -- and 10 QB hits -- alone. Homefield edge has dwindled in importance, but it will be heightened as Las Vegas aims for a 3-0 start in its second home game ever with fans present. RB Josh Jacobs is doubtful, but the Raiders did fine without him last Sunday.

The Dolphins are coming off of a 35-0 loss in which they lost their starting quarterback. Now they visit the Raiders, who are rolling behind Derek Carr and Darren Waller. Miami's defense looked terrible last week and should be in for a long day. Lay the points.

Brian Flores is a great coach who will have his team ready following last week's 35-0 humiliation at the hands of Buffalo. Jacoby Brissett is getting a full week of reps with the starters. And Derek Carr will be playing through an ankle injury. The Dolphins are 5-1-1 ATS in the past seven meetings and 6-0 ATS in their past six games following a straight-up loss. Take the points.

The Dolphins got blown out, 35-0, last week by Buffalo in Miami, and now they have to go on the road to play the Raiders, who are hot. That's a tough task. The Dolphins also will be without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) and will start journeyman Jacoby Brissett, who is 12-20 in his career as a starting quarterback. Meanwhile running back Josh Jacobs looks like he will be able to play for Vegas. I don't understand how this line isn't bigger. The Raiders are my best bet of the week.
