Thought this might fall to -3 before kickoff, but there's little hesitation in going with Carolina as a value play here. Kyle Allen remaining behind center is good news and gives the Panthers an advantage at a key position against the Titans. No, I do not believe in Ryan Tannehill. Like RJ below me, I expect Carolina to win by a touchdown, so giving up the hook is not a huge deal. The only thing that could keep this close is Tennessee's defense, but the Panthers have enough firepower to cover in the end.

We're getting Carolina at low stock here after they got plastered by the Niners, while the Titans were basically gifted a win against the Bucs thanks to two early Jameis Winston mistakes deep in his own territory and an errant whistle by the officials that wiped what would have been a game-winning TD away for the Bucs. Tennessee hasn't played well enough in the run game to take advantage of Carolina's weakness there, and the Titans haven't played well against teams with winning records. The line to me should be closer to Panthers -6, and I see them coming away with the win.
