The second-year wing has cleared this line in eight of his thirteen games played alongside both Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler. He’s benefited greatly from the Warriors’ stars unselfish brand of basketball, seeing a usage spike of 3% with Butler on the court. This is a prime matchup for Podziemski as well, as the Grizzlies rank 23rd and 25th respectively against spot up and transition points (52% of Podz’ point production).

The Grizzlies entered Monday allowing 119/G over the last 10 games, firing their coach in large part due to a defensive collapse. Then the Lakers promptly hung 134 on the new guy in his debut, and as I write this Boston took 33 3-pointers in the first half vs them and had 66 points. Opponents are connecting on over 41% of threes vs. MEM in the last 10 games (28th) and we know how the Warriors, with Steph Curry back, will attack them. Memphis is not good in back-to-backs, allowing 121 to GS, 128 to LAC, 124 to NO in those recent situations. When Warriors have Steph and Himmy Butler going the offensive efficiency can get overwhelming.
