Ever have one of those actors (Mr. Bean) or actresses (Juliette Lewis) you just don't like on spot? They didn't do anything wrong but simply irritate and not sure why? That's James Harden in the NBA for me. His stepback jumper was revolutionary but goes against every single thing I was taught as a basketball player. And he looks like a bison. So I am always pleased to fade the Beard. Have to say, Harden is really playing well but 28 points? Our model has him at only 20.5 and while I don't check our model on every single NBA player daily, I can't remember such a wide gulf (of America?) in a points number between model and book.

Going back to the proverbial well and fading one of my favorite players to pick on Ivica Zubac. To Zubac's credit hes having a tremendous season and he has maintained his production and usage despite appearing like a regression candidate. This is just a big number that I would fade regardless of the opponent, especially with Kawhi Leonard back in then lineup which he is expected to play tonight.
