Nikola Jokic (personal) has been ruled out for the second straight game. With him out Friday, the Nuggets lost by seven points to the injury-riddled Pelicans. The Grizzlies have dealt with plenty of injuries this season, but their depth chart is in much better shape right now with Desmond Bane and Vince Williams back. Combine all of that with the Grizzlies being at home and I don’t think the Nuggets can keep this close.

Shoot, if I had followed my gut and taken the Grizzlies about 15 minutes ago, they were -130 because Nikola Jokic was questionable to miss a second straight game for the Nuggets. I didn't expect him to play amid reports he is back in Serbia and now has been ruled out -- so we got penalized 40 cents. Ah well. No Aaron Gordon either.
