This is a big line for Jeremy Sochan whose splits are significantly lower with Victor Wembanyama healthy and in the lineup, compared to when Wemby is off the floor. Houston also plays at a very slow pace and defend opposing forwards well. Sochan was also off the floor the last few times the Spurs were closing a competitive game.

He's played 27 and 31 mins on the back end of back-to-backs recently, so I'm not worried about him being stuck on the bench. This game should be competitive enough. Wemby's coming out party came against the Rockets in his second NBA game when he grabbed 12 boards and blocked 3 shots. Onward and upward from there, and his best splits come against Houston who are 26th in the NBA in blocks allowed/G (and 6.8/G the last 5 games). He had 18 rebounds and 5 blocks in his second meeting with Houston and 11 and 7 against them earlier this month. He's a machine and is over this in 7 of the last 8 games and 8 of 10.
