The Pacers have yet to win in three tries with Pascal Siakam part of the lineup, and the return of Tyrese Haliburton from his hamstring woes seems at least a week (or more) away. No matter, Indiana still has some sharp edges, and soon would expect the addition of Siakam to provide some real benefits. Yes, the Sixers are rolling, and Joel Embiid off of a 70-point showcase vs. the Spurs, but struggling to put away Coach Pop's bunch after doing the same vs. a lowly Charlotte in the preceding games look more like red flags on the Sixers side. Joel Embiid's point total tonight is 36.5 after his 70-point effort last time out, but the Sixers may be a bit thin with Tobias Harris likely out due to an illness on top of guys like Marcus Morris, De'Anthony Melton, Mo Bamba and Robert Covington all out. The starters can only play so many minutes.
