The Nuggets displayed their depth in Game 3 as eight players score eight or more points in the victory. In a potential close-out game, I expect Denver's stars to shine a bit more. Jamal Murray showed in Game 2 how quickly he can pour in points. Take his Over as he continues to fill it up from 3-point range and puts in another well-rounded performance.
The Nuggets have proven to be a viable top seed in the postseason. That may change in the second round, but they clearly have the upper hand from a roster standpoint against the Timberwolves. Minnesota may show some fight in the first quarter or even first half, but look for the Nuggets to end this series.

Game 1 was a blowout, but in the past two games Anthony Edwards has taken 21 3-pointers, draining nine. He played 42 and 44 minutes in those games. With their season on the line, the Timberwolves are going to play Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns massive minutes and rely on them to keep this close. Look for Edwards to make at least three treys in this elimination game.

Karl-Anthony Towns played 42 minutes in Game 3, the most he has played since coming back from a calf strain in late March. The Timberwolves continue to play without power forward Jaden McDaniels, so their rotation is shorter. With Minnesota's season on the line Sunday, look for Towns to get another huge workload. Towns scored 27 on Friday and I'll bank on at least 22 in this elimination spot.
