I’m already on the over for 16.5 points for Grimes, and it’s risky to double-dip on a player this late in the season. However, Grimes is a stellar three-point shooter and we are getting plus odds, so I like taking a chance here. Coming into this matchup, he has made at least four three-pointers in five of his last six games. The one time he missed during that span, he finished with three triples against the Cavaliers. With Julius Randle (ankle) and Jalen Brunson (hand) out, added shot attempts should be coming Grimes’ way.

The Knicks will be missing their top two scorers with Julius Randle (ankle) and Jalen Brunson (hand) already ruled out. Grimes has already been playing more with players in and out of the lineup, which has helped him score at least 22 points in four of the last six games. The Pacers have played at the seventh-fastest pace in the league, so Grimes should receive ample opportunities to reach the over.
The Pacers aren't really trying any longer but the Knicks have NO reason to care as they are now locked into the No. 5 seed in the East so I fully expect Coach Tom Thibodeau to rest guys even though that goes against his DNA. If left unchecked, he'd probably play all his starters, including the injured Julius Randle, 42 minutes each tonight and then run Z-drills for 90 minutes afterward.
