The Bulls might be 3-1 over their last four games, but don’t get too excited. One win came against a Wizards team that was without Monte Morris and Kristaps Porzingis. Another came over the Pistons, and they might have lost had Jaden Ivey not called a time out in the final seconds that the Pistons didn’t have. The Suns are in another class with Kevin Durant back, so even though the Bulls have played tough against some good teams this season, I think the Suns win this one in convincing fashion.
Taking a shot here on KD who will be appearing in his second game as a member of the Phoenix Suns. In his Phoenix debut he scored 23 points while shooting an efficient 10-15 from the field and logging 27 minutes. Durant is unlikely to exceed 30 minutes tonight but a scorer of his caliber is more than capable of cashing this prop despite limited playing time. I liked how Suns coach Monte Williams deployed Durant by subbing him mid way through the first and third quarters and then inserting him at the beginning of the 2nd and 4th quarter where he played a long stretch. This way KD gets to not only be the focal point of the Suns offense but he is playing a huge chunk of his minutes against the opponents second unit where he is unstoppable. Lastly he will be facing a Bulls team that he has lit up twice for 32 and 44 points earlier this season.
