Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Matt's Analysis:
Can't say I love this one, but I like it better than anything else I see thus far tonight. Washington has won six in a row and has been great offensively. Really a solid team when everyone is healthy, which they are. Portland won't have Jusuf Nurkic, which will hurt on the boards against Kristaps Porzingis & Co. Defensive specialist Gary Payton probably sits with a non-COVID illness. The Blazers had lost eight in a row before scalding me Wednesday in Memphis. Here's hoping they revert to away form.
