Philly will be severely shorthanded again and Charlotte has the rest advantage, but the Hornets remain without their best player, LaMelo Ball. And with those 76ers' absences, De'Anthony Melton gets a chance to shine. He has 41 points, 10 assists and eight steals over the past two games. Charlotte has lost 11 of 12 and shouldn't be laying this big of a number.
