The Wizards torched me at a similar price earlier this week against the Thunder, so I must be a moron but if they can't beat the Heat with Miami missing for sure Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro and probably Bam Adebayo, well, I may stop capping the NBA. Again, I just don't like spreads. I have my hand in many, many things so I don't want to sweat a late bucket to cover the 6. (If you are wondering why Larry got this at Wizards -1 it's because Butler was ruled out. I just prefer to wait even if have to pay the tax.)

The Heat won't have Tyler Herro (ankle), and Bam Adebayo (knee) is questionable after missing Wednesday's 112-104 loss in Toronto. Starting forward Caleb Martin (knee) also is questionable. Miami is 3-10-1 ATS this season. Washington stumbled at home to OKC on Wednesday, losing on a buzzer-beating three-pointer, but the Wizards had won four straight prior to that while playing tenacious defense. Lay the small number.
